customers, we have a 99.85% uptime record. This is an over ten year track-record.

policies and engaging in good business practices we have grown to be one of the area's largest and most
popular ISPs. We are full members of the Greater Newburyport, Greater
Salem, North Shore and South Shore Chambers of Commerce. Members receive a 10%
discount on most services.
We are also recognized
and credited on the
Internet as one of the first successful, fully integrated,
large-capacity Windows NT-based Internet Service Provider. Moreover, as
of late, we also support non-NT servers. Our E-commerce servers run on Linux.
