Technical Support Associates

Full-time and part-time day-time, afternoon and evening hours (9:00am to 9:00pm).

Experience with the Internet and with computers (Windows 95/98/Me/2K/XP and/or MacOS) is required. Ability to explain computer-related terms to new and experienced users with a pleasant disposition is also required. High school students are welcome and encouraged to apply.

Good interpersonal skills for frequent Customer contact. May be asked to go to a customer's location to troubleshoot and/or repair computers. Provides first-level technical customer support.

Customer Service Associates

Full-time and part-time day-time, afternoon and evening hours (9:00am to 9:00pm).

Experience with using a Windows 95/98/Me/2K/XP computer is required. Experience with the Internet and with computers (Windows and/or MacOS) is a plus. Ability to meet and greet new and experienced users with a pleasant disposition is also required. Data-entry is required.  Will be asked to do billing tasks and possibly other computer related tasks.  Will train if needed. High school students are welcome and encouraged to apply.

Good interpersonal skills for frequent Customer contact. Provides first-level customer contact.

Sales Associates

Make your own hours. At least five-hours per week at our office. Compensation is small base plus 15% of gross sales (Does not include individual dialup accounts.)

Ability and desire to sell Internet services to small businesses, organizations, public entities, and individuals is required. We will back you up with superb service, technical expertise and the best reputation in the area.
